Mariko is a Certified Canadian Counsellor (CCC) and a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). She holds a Master of Arts Degree in Counselling Psychology (MACP) from Yorkville University and a Graduate Certificate in Addiction and Mental Health (ADMH) from Durham College. She has an Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) certificate, and has completed extensive training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for Couples and Gottman Method for Couples Therapy. Mariko is a member in good standing of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA) and the Canadian Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO)
